Thread: It's still alive

One of my boys found this advertised for sale on Facebook. It is my old Series 2 I had for several years before I bought my current 130 cab chassis. It started life as a single cab chassis that I picked up in rough condition. When my three boys got too big to fit all across the front seat I bought a damaged short body and shortened it to about thirty inches and shortened the roof. It made like a king cab where the two rear passengers sat facing inwards. I had a Holden motor with a Nissan Cabstar 5 speed in it and I think I put modified high ratio transfer case gears in it too. I also upgraded the front panels for a modern look. First gear in low range could nearly climb trees it was so low. I sold it in 2003 I think. Nice to see it still going.
