Right now your not far from the truth with our road works!!
I rang up the sales guy I bought the Defender from and he told me the course is rather basic, he said if you have any experience you will probably find it boring. I might send the missus on it.
Chris
Make use of it somehow. As an inexperienced 4WD owner I added it to my Defender purchase and it's cost about $570.00.
I did a 'basic 4x4 training' course with the local 4wd club. I learned a heap, and it was in a safe and supportive environment- probably the polar opposite of a bunch of mates, a gnarly track and the pressure to perform miracles.
I'm also of the opinion that there is always something new to learn, even if you take one small thing out of the whole day, it's worthwhile.
In about 3 weeks I will be doing the Experience in Solihull, plus checking out the factory😀. I know that is no good to you now, but I'll let you know what it's like after.
