I would pay whatever it cost
I am not interested
As the title implies, it could be another source of income for Inc's Dave's interesting things shop.
I envisage a hard plastic plate with a safety pin attached to the back. I have no idea of the cost of manufacture, input from anybody with experience would be appreciated.

For what reason would they be needed, Ian.? The Forum subscribers are spread all over the country (and overseas) so we rarely get together, unless you are thinking of an annual dinner or something.
We ( some of us anyway) have a shirt with the AULRO logo on it and and a few of us have our Forum names on the front which we would wear at get togethers such as the LandRover Expo at Castle hill, each year.
Any rate that's my thought on it.![]()
Sorry Ian, I had to vote 'not interested' but that's because I'm not interested in that sort of thing in general, it's not a reflection on the idea.
I enquired about getting a name badge made up for the wife and myself, just our names on a green back ground.
It ended up getting made as as present from a friend so can't help with costs.
I use it at most social events involving the Land Rover.
I'm actually wearing it now as I introduce my self to folk at Glenreagh.
It's handy as I'm hopeless with names but at lest I can check who I am
Being a plain back ground I can use it at other forum meets too.
It's possibly the sort of thing a more socially active member would use rather than once or twice a year.
Ideally for me it needs the persons name prominent and a suttle background.
A magnetic clip would be nice too so we don't damage shirts etc. but could be pricey.
The upcoming "Keep Jim honest" bash got me thinking about it mate. As you may have noticed I only wear buttoned shirts with two pockets, work, casual or formal. If we could get a forum shirt in that style with names, I'd buy one or two.
No need to be sorry, your frankness is appreciated. Only with such honesty can the viability be gauged.

You wear steel shirts?I'm impressed.
Keep an eye on Marshy, don't let him lead you astray.
Sorry I couldn't make it, blame Aussie Post. I ordered a luggage rack from the 'States, it took three days to get to Brisbane airport via Japan; ten days later I'm still waiting for it to complete the last twelve kilometres.Have fun all of you.

I said not interested in the name badge thing - but would be interested in stickers and such.
cheers,
D
