Hi All my fellow Aulro-eans.
I have been participating in a charity bike riding event (yes I know ****** cyclists)
The great cycle challenge had participants set a target for how many km's you could ride in the month of October. You also set a fundraising goal.
Now I had not done any exercise for 41/2 years so I set a target of 400 kms & $1000.
I'm reaching out to fellow LR enthusiasts to support this great cause - even 5 bucks will help.
I've got 46km to go tomorrow (on the last day) so I would really appreciate any support you can give to get me through that lactic acid burn of the last 5ks
