DESCRIPTION A 23 year old male has been left trapped in his 4WD for an extended period of time after a crash near Jenolan Caves. Emergency services responded to the Jenolan Caves Road around 5pm after reports a car had left the road way and crashed into the bush. On arrival paramedics located the male heavily trapped in the wreckage of his 4WD. NSW SES Volunteers worked with ambulance paramedics to free the man from the 4WD. A rescue helicopter was sent from Sydney and landed nearby to assist paramedics. The male has been flown by helicopter to Liverpool Hospital with chest injuries. Police have attended the accident as investigations into the incident are carried out.

Looks nasty, appears most impact misses being taken by the firewall and goes straight into drivers door and roof area.
Whoever it is I hope they are OK and recover quickly.
