Any feedback from users of similar device? I am very skeptic about it.

A mechanic showed me one a year or so ago. I was amazed at how light it was. He said he'd started a 6cyl petrol volvo 6 times which didn't have enough power in the battery to illuminate the dash lights. On the strength of that test, he'd bought it.
