    9 days before son goes

    Well we are on the count down for Brendon that leaves on the 19th at 0.55hrs. He has got his visa from the Japan embassy on Thursday. When he gets to Japan he has to get a Citizenship card at the airport as he is staying for a year. That what the embassy said that he has to do. And to line up in the long term stay line at the airport in Japan They take a photo of him and finger print him as well. And forward the card to him later. Not looking forward to take him to the airport on Monday night. Going to miss him. Heather

    My cousin did that. He came back 30 years later We now get the best sushi via his amazing wife in Warrnambool

    If he starts teaching English and has a flare for business or similar you might need to visit. On the bonus side once he owns a car or two in Japan ( second hand ones are very very cheap he can bring one back for you after a year

    He is going to Kansai University for the year, and then come back to Swinburne to do the last year of his degree. He wants to go back and teach English over there.

    Well this is the last weekend we have with Brendon for the year, as he leaves on Monday at midnight to Japan. It is going to be so quite here with out him, only person to talk to is Mario, when he get out of bed.
    Hope he goes well with his study over there. Not looking forward to Monday at the airport. Heather

    Well tomorrow is the last day we will have Brendon here. Taking him out to the airport tomorrow night for his midnight flight to Kansai. We will see him in 6 month when we go over there for a couple of weeks and he comes back with us and for about 4 weeks and the he flight out again in August to finish his course

    Well arrived yesterday morning safe and sound in Tokyo, Had to pick up his citizen card at the airport as he is a long stayer, had to have his photo taken and finger prints taken for this card . Got is connecting flight to Kansai. When he got on that plane to go to Kansai there was 2 people he knew, one was and exchange student that went to Swinburne last year and he lives in Tokyo and was going to Kansai, and the other he knew as well.
    Small world when you travel so far and you still meet people you know.
    So deadly quite here with out the boys now Heather
