Kind of interesting read this thread. Makes me feel a bit of an outsider as my overall level of meat consumption has decreased by about 60 % over the last few years. Partly , at first to budgetary constraints , but later I found that a large serving of most meats left me feeling unwell. Not something that would have given me much to think about til lately.

If a few people are going to get upset and start crying about being victimised, creating further publicity, then so much the better, it's exactly what he was after. The fact that those people are vegans is hilarious......as if they think society respects them and that this ad is not a fair representation!

Makes me want a big, juicy, rare chop right now.
    Wrong! Wrong!
    Totally Wrong!

It should be a lamb cutlet, grilled medium.

Tell your friend Andrew I think they are great ads.
I think I'll pop down and get some lamb cutlets for the weekend.

What is the difference between a Vegan & a Vegetarian?

    Are they the same thing?
I looked up Google & am more confused.

one doesnt eat animals but will eat things from animals. like chicken eggs
the other doesnt eat animals or anything from animals, , as its harmful to the animal.

except when it comes to honey as honey doesnt come from an animal.

A bloke I know grows beans for the vegans and he says that he kills millions of animals to produce their vegan food. He sprays his crop to kill the bugs.

And it can be difficult for a vegan to maintain a balanced diet or consume enough to get certain nutrients, eg B group vitamins and iron.
It isn't impossible but it's much harder to get enough or for the body to absorb enough from plants, grains, nuts, seeds and legumes.

I was vego with no dairy for a number of years and in the finish just needed to cut back on the grains big time.
I do much better with a higher protein diet.

I'm just a bloody cave man I guess.

I had a work mate that used to do similar to that, but not sure how it could be 'extra' cremated. It either is or it isn't. We would take customers out for lunch or dinner - usually to a great steak house, then he would order an eye fillet well done...

I like mine rare, medium rare is starting to get a bit burnt for my liking.
