Nah, Subaru drivers.
On the wireless the other day they were talking about "Volvo" drivers with the hat in the back window as being the bad drivers they are renown for.
They were saying Volvos are now trendy and dont need avoiding on the road. This must be true as I saw a young bloke driving a bright red AWD version of something like they race in the V8s yesterday in the city.He had his hat on back to front, the windows down and the stereo pumpin.
OH,and the "New" hazzard on the road according to the show on the wireless,CAMRY drivers

Nah, Subaru drivers.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
I reckon a lot of the traditional Volvo drivers have upgraded to Hondas.![]()

By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

Clancy's gone to Queensland Rovering, and we don't know where he are
I don't mind the Swedish brick.
Always toyed with the idea of an old wagon with a big turbo setup. Then drift it like grandma never could![]()

'El Burro' 2012 Defender 90.
when I learnt navigation I was taught things I would never forget , like MGA (my grandmas arse) and GMS (grandma sucks) but I never heard about grandma drifting.
In Sydney in the 70's & 80's hat wearing Asians in 1 & 2 series Volvos, sedans & wagons were the plague, they have limited sideways vision, and that by driving a Volvo they and their family would be safe,as Volvos were advertised as the world's safest car,and in an accident they would be OK.
cheers
Thank goodness our Turbo Forester is a 2.5 litre.
We wished we'd had it on our recent NZ holiday. The 1.3 litre auto Toyota Yaris was a slug and one needed a long downhill run with plenty of room to overtake - something in short supply around Queenstown to Dunedin. Re visibility outwards, the driver's A pillar was perfectly placed to prevent seeing anything approaching around a curve to the right. I had to regularly look out of the driver's window to look for oncoming vehicles.
Oh, the boot was too small to put our two suitcases in. I could get my suitcase and my camera bag in the boot.
Would I buy one recommend one? Absolutely not.
