Simpson Desert after Easter
Gday all.
My family & I are on round Australia tour this year. We are currently staying at Uluru for a couple more days, then Kings Canyon, Alice for most of Easter weekend. Then I'd like to ditch the camper trailer (maybe at Kulgera) & head across the Simpson; West to East, maybe along the French Line/Rig Rd, then making our way down to Lake Eyre.
Anyone around that part of the woods after Easter we could convoy with? I must add, my wife & I have 3 kids with us, aged 4,6,9 years.
I've not been actively participating in Aulro that much since I signed up last year. I'm mostly viewing through my iPhone so it's difficult to add photos etc.
If you're keen you can get me on 0416725865 or email me at colmoore1@me.com
Happy trails

Hey Col
If you have time on the way from Kings Canyon to Alice have a think about Boggy Hole. A great drive up the Finke river that comes out by Hermansburg with a lovely camp spot in the middle. About 8 hours drive all up from memory.
Don't know what trailer you have, can be soft, and best not if it's wet, most of it is in the river bed.
We took our trailer (Mission) through there last year, 3 kids also, similar age to yours.
Happy travels, such great memories for the kids
Simon
