    I'm in it again !!

    Well, having agreed (kind of) with Mrs Vlad that we would restrict our spending to save up for the wedding next year as well as the Canada trip I've gone and bought something else entirely.

    A workshop trailer came up - it was an offer too good to ignore.

    Thus I am today working 2 overtime shifts (I write this between them) to help pay for the bugger.


    Ok so here's the thing - Mrs Vlad knows I've spent the money (since all my wages go into a shared bank account I kinda didn't have any option).

    She doesn't know what I spent it on.
    I promised her it wasn't another rifle or gun.

    And I promised her it wasn't a Land Rover :!:

    (hmm, is a Land Rover no 5 workshop trailer a "Land Rover" for the purpose of this promise :?: I argue that its not. The term "Land Rover" would imply I weakened and bought a series 3 shorty - which, as promised, I didn't).


    One day I'll bring the trailer home and park it in the shed - and just see how long til she sees it / how long I have to live. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif[/img]

    Then that should buy you some time before she realises that its just another project the shed that will one day get started :roll:
