Hello All,
I went away from writing up my research to have a break. Upon my return I found out that in my absence my research had been under close scrutiny.
I am not sure whether the big smile is because the scrutineer is happy with my work. Or it is so bad the scrutineer is amused that I am still persisting with it. Gee some things can be harsh critics![]()
Now it is just sitting there playing games with my mind as it stares at me!
Kind Regards
Lionel
He was there to tell you to install endnote and was smiling at the extra typing you were doing![]()
Hello Squizzyhunter,
I do use Endnote X7 cite while you write in Word. I access it through the Endnote Tab in the top task bar of Word. The only thing I found that Endnote cannot handle is putting in the apostrophe and then the year of publication. Such as Dunn's (1961) research suggests....
I wrote to the EndNote people and they agreed the only way to get that result is to "Exclude Author" and then type their name in manually - then add the apostrophe "s". They wrote back to say that my suggestion of having the option of EndNote being able to put in Author ('s) (YEAR) is useful and has been passed on to their Technical Department for possible inclusion in future versions.
Kind Regards
Lionel
