    Wreath laying protocols

My Father-in-law (Korean Vet) is laying a wreath this arvo, however he is in a wheelchair so the actual placement will be done by someone else( maybe me)
I would prefer an ADF person to do it but being a Korea service able bodied ADF may be a bit thin on the ground,
after placing do I turn and lower my head or is this my FIL job,,
    dont want to upstage him,,

    AFAIK...

with the wreath on his lap, you wheel him up as close as practicable to the laying location.

he hands you the wreath as best he is able and then bows his head.
you lay the wreath pause appropriately and return to position behind the wheel chair and bow you head when he finishes any respects he is paying (if he hasnt by the time you return) he raises his, you raise yours and you wheel him back to position.
