Well done Gav!
Tis a shame not everyone is like you.
Some low-lifers would have rolled him for wallet and medals and then sold the medals off to finance a shard of ice.
Cheers, Mick.
Good job mate, complete contrast to the man that stood at the traffic lights waiting to cross after I had flown off my bike and groaning for an ambulance. Light went green and off he walked not wishing to even make eye contact.
The fact you doubled back to have a closer look is great. About 5 years ago a colleague at work dropped dead from a heart attack on a busy side road in Perth and no one stopped to check on him for over half an hour. Too late. Makes you think.

Quick update, Noel did indeed break his elbow and he has had surgery and is in good spirits. Mum dropped into the Hospital to check on him. He thanked us for calling the Ambulance and admitted he may have one or two more beers than he should have.
He gets cared for at home by some Naval association - sorry, can't remember the right name - so is fine overall. He will be back at home within a week all things going well, but I would expect it to take some time for the elbow to heal.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.
