    Does anyone know,
    - What an anchor & chain like that would cost?
    - What an anchor & chain like that would weigh?
    - How the braking mechanism works?
    - How the braking mechanism fails? (Was it user error or mechanical failure?)

Here's another this time USS Navy. it's a long video, but check out the clowns standing in some of the most dangerous positions. O.H&S is not a Navy priority it seems. It's quite a long video, but I wouldn't be standing there when the end of the chain appears.
