Hi Inc,

Is this to cater for the CT load? What weight are you getting on the towball and do you still have std rear springs?

I had a set on the old Rangie and they were great, never needed them in the Defenders but thinking that they might be needed in the Disco.

Yep, when you throw a full 60l engel fridge in the back, some firewood, a 120ah battery and hook up a CT with about 50kg on the hitch it sags a little

just wanna get it back to level if i can...

I put them in the Fender for the same reason. Short wheelbase, Engel, 100kg ball weight etc, made it sag in the rear slightly.
Put in the Poly airs and run them at 18psi and the Fender sits level.

Note: they recommend putting in the guestimate psi first, then winding up the jockey wheel to see if it sits level. Repeat this adding air until it stays level.
They do not work well as air jacks.

Once you have the figures its easy. I run 4 psi with the vehicle empty, (important to prevent spring chafe on the bags). I ran a set in my TDi300 for 140,000klms before the car was sold. Never had a problem.

Give Greame Cooper at www.lrexpert.com.au a try, $310.50 at the moment.

That is where I got mine for the Rangie when I had it.
