I saw that video ages ago, it's good watching. Snow camping is something I'm itching to do when it snows up the mountains next.
PS the Helle knife he has in that video is bad-ass. Been eyeing them off as a camping knife for a while.

Look for one of the itool bluetooth thermometers,about $50 from BBQ Galore.You can watch that internal temp on the screen,and predict perfect cooking over any time/heat.Love mine,only complaint is the bluetooth is a bit tempremental to get going,once started its great.Get the bluetooth going way before putting the meat in.Ive been starting my roasts from cold and blasting the heat for a short time at the end to crisp.MMMMMMMMMMMMMM
