my home bbq is a charbroil with a s/s grill setup and it is the best steak / chop / ribs etc cooker i have ever come across.
most of the stainless steel bbq's i am looking at still have carbon steel cooking surfaces that are coated in porcelain or are cast etc.
like i said, no rush, might see if a good second hand z&b 2 burner pops up between now and then... you never know :D
