If you were in NSW in the old days, you could have just picked someone and verballed them.

So I await the information from my commodore64 using the "sleuth 1990" programme and to ensure pure results it's all being saved on the new cassette tape.
    Cassette tape ?

    - I remember something like that from the middle of last Century... My very first cassette machine was the this Philips EL 3302, the third model produced, and an ergonomic masterpiece. Lasted about 25 ~ 30 years till it got left outside in the rain during a Shed Clean-Up...

Which means both of us are ... 'Not young anymore'...

And, where did the NEW cassette tape come from ???

I have to say, as someone totally detached from this Death Star conspiracy, and I have no doubt that it is a conspiracy, that the mantle if suspicion falls heavily on two young gentlemen from Central and North Central NSW.
    They were both at Melrose.
They traveled to and from in the same vehicle. Plenty of time to cook up the theam and the mechanics of this cleaver ruse.
The are both young University gradates who must have a plethora of associates all over the world, most of whom would be equiped with screen printing apparatus.
Each if them has also demonstrated a penchant for modern mythology of the intergalactic kind.
Finally, there is the all telling Freudian slip which was mentioned early in this thread where one mentions that the other had gone postal. It made no sense to me then but it does now.
As I say. I am totally detached from this business so I deliver my theory entirely without prejudice.
    Cheers, Billy.

Yes but this suspect also has a degree in criminal justice with a minor in policing, and has also seen Hot Fuzz enough times to know that guilty people often make the first move
