As you maybe aware Netimpact Pty Ltd has closed down and the company is in liquidation.
Drifters Creek has been proud to manufacture the Kulkyne Kampers range of swags for over 6 years now and will continue to do so in future. As part of our former joint venture agreement with Netimpact Pty Ltd, we now retain sole ownership of the Kulkyne Kampers brand name and will continue to manufacture our swags and roof top tents under this brand in the future.
Q: So what does this mean for Kulkyne Swags?
A: Very little, we will continue to manufacture the swags as we have always done in the past and the brand will remain the same.
Q: Where can we buy the Kulkyne Swags now?
A: You can't buy from
Drifters Creek :: Everything in Camping & 4WD anymore, however the swags are still available through our dealers Australia wide as they have always been. Please see our dealer listing here: Click here to view dealers.
Q: What if I don't have a local dealer?
A: If you do not currently have a dealer servicing your local area, please email
retail@drifterscreek.com.au with your delivery address and the product you would like to purchase and we will get you a freight quote to get the product delivered to your door.
Q: What about other Kulkyne Branded products?
A: We manufactured some, but not all of the Kulkyne product range. We have retained the swags, sleeping bags, roof top tents and solar; but other products we were not involved with, like the Kulkyne Generators and LED light bars, which are no more.
Q: What about if I have a warranty problem with a Kulkyne branded product that I have purchased in the past?
A: If you purchased through one of our dealers, please contact your dealer to discuss this. If you purchased from
Drifters Creek :: Everything in Camping & 4WD, warranty will depend on which product it is. For example we are responsible for the warranty on the products we manufactured for Kulkyne Kampers and will continue to honour our warranty (our warranty does not include freight costs). If you have a warranty issue with any other Kulkyne branded product like the generators or light bars, you would need to talk to the liquidators Pitcher Partners. However from what we have been advised, there is no hope of any warranty being honoured by them.
Q: What about other products available from
Drifters Creek :: Everything in Camping & 4WD
A: Other brand products that were available from the online store of Netimpact Pty Ltd are not available from Drifters Creek. If you have a warranty for any of these other brand products, please contact the supplier as they may honour their warranty in this case.
Q: What is the relationship between Drifters Creek and Netimpact Pty Ltd?
A: We had a joint venture agreement where we shared brand names, resources and generally worked together to build both businesses. Unfortunately, because Netimpact was so heavily reliant on their online store for sales, the current online price wars and discounting meant that Netimpact Pty Ltd became insolvent and the Director of that company made the decision that he was legally obligated to close down the business.
Q: What does the future hold for Drifters Creek?
A: As Netimpact Pty Ltd was our biggest customer we are now working with our 32 other dealers to expand our sales and build up new dealers around Australia. We are also working hard to introduce new products such as air pole tents, camper trailers and many other new product groups.
