There are some good value camera systems on 'evilBay'... don't bother with 720p as the definition is Very Average, but on the other...you can store a HEAP at that resolution...

Interesting article on The Project regarding drones and what your allowed and not allowed to do with them. Pretty much what a few people have said on here regarding Casa and proximity to people and buildings etc.

I wasn't having a go at you mate, I was just talking about what I think is the best way to handle these situations. Sorry if I didn't make it clear I was talking generally. You seem to have done it perfectly. Some other people have hinted at confrontation and violence and I'd discourage that as it often goes pear-shaped. Patience is important, as you have shown.
