    What do you mean by that? ... according to those forms i've seen i must show that money...though i didnt go deep into it yet cos i have to work one year more untill i retire, ill put my lawyer to check this out for good

    It's possible to walk from -25 to +40 inside a few steps here. You go from the walk in beer fridge at the bottle shop, to the checkout, to outside.

    You could avoid both the -25 and the +40 if you settled on the South Coast of NSW.
