Checking the seat
I grew up on a farm and we had a crude outdoor dunny.
I always lifted the seat to check whether there were any spiders or nasties waiting to chew on it.
Seventy years later I still do it everywhere I go, even at home.

I just got a price on a new seat, $2400.00 exchange.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
