I heard a lovely deep V8 burble at shops yesterday, a nice new looking Y62 with 2 fat pipes out the back , sounded just right, not like some of the Toyotas I'd heard recently.

Yep! Had a very, very new Patrol drive past me this a.m., on the Western beach on Moreton. Delightful sound.Quote:

Saw a nice black D4 with chrome/silver grille this afternoon on the Ipswich motorway near the Granard road off ramp, I didn't wave as we were on different road levels and quite far apart, but both the other driver and I turned our heads 90 degrees to admire each other's vehicles.
