I heard a lovely deep V8 burble at shops yesterday, a nice new looking Y62 with 2 fat pipes out the back , sounded just right, not like some of the Toyotas I'd heard recently.

Yep! Had a very, very new Patrol drive past me this a.m., on the Western beach on Moreton. Delightful sound.

I was heading south on Ipswich motorway last Sunday and was passed by a very nice dark red maroon color D2.

It was very well kitted with big wheels and a decent lift.

I think it had an AULRO sticker on it but it was moving pretty quick I did not get a good look.

As for the new Defender. A few weeks back I saw something unusual in my mirror on the Hume freeway.

It looked pretty nice as it got close and as I was wondering what it was it went past. A new Deefa. I liked it.
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

Saw a nice black D4 with chrome/silver grille this afternoon on the Ipswich motorway near the Granard road off ramp, I didn't wave as we were on different road levels and quite far apart, but both the other driver and I turned our heads 90 degrees to admire each other's vehicles.

Yep, D2 is an an Ipswich local. I pass him parked on the side of the road most mornings. On my way to work. Don’t really like the Jeep flares though.

I saw V8Ian and ChookD2 today, which entailed absorbing sweet pastries and Tim Tams.

No wonder you were nowhere to be seen at the kitchen showroom
