Don't blame the police .. there hands are tied. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. your wasting you time thinking if you ring the police you will have help in any sort of time that isn't hours away. There ice junkees and kids ( or both ). Everyday pretty much there is cars stolen in town and burnt in the bush. Often several at a time. I have no doubt if you said to the police "stop this" they could pickup all the ice junkees overnight and stop 85% of the crime.... I have no doubt the police know exactly who is doing most of the crime. how can they stop it though ....

6month later ( with countless people robbed, police assaulted, etc.etc..).

this is typical.... assualt, theft, unlicnesed driven of stolen cars ... etc.etc... straight out on bail "this is your last chance" ... for the 300th god damn time.... Why should the police even care enough to bother stopping them. What is the point

If you find anyone messing with your stuff .... Far, far better to take things into you own hands .... Certainly there is no point ringing the police.

Wrong. The way to do it, is to form a relationship with the local police. If you have a problem, go to the station, talk to them. Explain the problem, ask for a solution. If they fob you off, walk into the local State Members office, talk to them. It works. Take the law into your own hands, the law will come down on you hard. Believe me, I know.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
