And it came with an abundance of resources, many of which we don't utilise to our best advantage.
Just watching a tv program on sbs called "Earth From Space".
Absolutly amasing this rock we live on. Ive always said this planet is alive and i reckon after watching this program its true. The way the planet works is truly fantastic. All the smallest of micro organisms that we absolutly cannot do without. Nature is a very finely balanced thing and if we aren't careful we'll stuff it up. Everything has a place and a purpose. It is a truly amasing place our planet.

How are Bush Flies useful?
The earth certainly is amazing and unique, it's the only place in the universe that has coffee and Land Rovers.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
It is amazing. As far as we know, it's the only one like it.
I could come over all spititual here, but I won't.
We certainly need to do a much better job looking after it, but as I'm a pessimist about human nature, I assume we won't, so I expect my descendants will have to abandon Earth and seek another haven. If you've read the Bible or seen Wall-E you know how badly that might go.
Of course, Christians hope to leave the earthly chaos behind and go off to Heaven.
This has led to my belief that God drives a Defender, since he can choose any method of transport he likes, so why improve on perfection? Others may disagree.
Jeep drivers seem to think they are already in Heaven, but as the TV ads rarely show them leaving the bitumen, we know they are deluded.

Yes the earth is a very finely tuned instrument, everything has a balance, but then things like Bogans and oxygen bandits throw it out of kilter.![]()
...so you don't think we have stuffed it up already Rob?
Watch for a show called Life Without People. A possible hypothesis of what would Eath be like if humans simply cease to exist. Made for interesting viewing
