    That is another situation where a slide on camper is better than a camper trailer.
    I have recently booked passage for the AWBF in Feb.
    A small sedan costs $89. The Defender is over length and way over the height with two kayaks on top. So it would cost a lot more. However, the camper effectively makes it a motorhome, so it goes for $89.
    It costs a lot more if you tow a trailer or caravan.
    The pricing is on the Spirit of Tasmania website.

    Plus the cost of your passage which is additional to vehicle.

    I stayed there in '95. Lovely place. We did a little forest drive today via Hardings Falls and Meetus Falls and ended up at Lake Leake. Pub grub tonight
