Thread: Industrial Relations / Workplace Lawyer?

We are in QLD and have need of a lawyer that an help with ComCare / AAT related matters.

The CPSU pushed us toward Slater and Gordon but we've just received their table of fees etc and holy ****ing mother of god.. we can't afford that !!!! (or even half that).

I suspect the CPSU gets kickbacks for referring clients....


Does anyone have an experience with this type of thing who could recommend a good legal practice here in Brisbane that we could talk to?

If anyone on AHN happens to be a lawyer working in this field that'd be particularly awesome.

Naturally response by PM is preferred.

The Shine Lawyer group now seem to focus on Personal Injury - I do not know if this extends to your type of claim? They have an online form where you can describe your situation and they get back to you promptly to let you know if they cover your area of claim. This level of initial contact is for free. They have branches in Brisbane too
