Don't worry mate, Of course they aren't the only "perpetrators", but the African problem is real.
The percentage of African crime relative to the overall crime rate is small, but the African crime rate relative to the African population is far greater, and the percentage of these crimes involving extreme violence is higher still.
I've a few friends in the Force, and whilst they can't speak "out loud", they have their views.

Anyone doubting the obvious ever increasing problems with gangs of various nationalities in Melbourne should just read the substantial coverage of this subject in the Herald Sun today.
Gangs are quoted as saying "We don't fear the Police", which has been confirmed by the Police who said "they've got no respect for us at all, but we're doing our best".
A gang member said, "Anyone can join us as long as they can brawl & take risks, the more risks you take, the more respect you get".

The snivelling civil libertarians and social workers would have fits at this suggestion. To tidy up a high crime area you need a team of big rough coppers built like Rugby forwards, arm them with axe handles and say "Go get 'em, fellas. We will turn the blind eye." Any crim or would be young thug well known to police and found on the street after dark gets a good flogging. Keep this up until the lesson is learned.

They need to act earlier rather than latter as in London the gangs are now shooting each other and bystanders with machine guns. These started out by banding together by ethnic or location and are now into supply of drugs. No one has a solution.

Another example of our ridiculously weak Judiciary in local "Leader" paper today.
A woman who has been previously convicted TEN times for theft, drug use, cultivating drugs etc etc etc, was once again convicted on ANOTHER theft charge, and has once again escaped jail, being given ANOTHER CBO, despite having breached several in the past.
