    Awesome! Love spiders, particularly Huntsmen.

Who needs a cat around the house when you have that living on your fridge.

One sunny arvo at Eildon some mates and I watch an epic Battle between a massive huntsman and the biggest wasp I had ever seen.
The spider lost and the wasp tried flying off with it but had to drag it backwards up a brick wall.

A memorable afternoon.

Sounds like the same animal, very surprising that they are found in the south.

There was a tv show on last night that showed some video of a Tarantula being attacked by a Tarantula Hawk Wasp, they have a sting that paralyses the spider then they drag it back to their nest and lay an egg in it .
