    I just hope the people behind all this get slugged. Too many times they "bury" the guilty company & start again.

    Quite some years ago, an out of town developer, without the required permits, had a dozer drive through a local historic church the developer owned.
    I heard the council refused to give permission to build anything there.
    It is now a car park.


    I'd rather have the church back.

    They'll probably rebuild the facade to original and then all the interior will be modern. I doubt it will be restored completely to how it was.

    There was a Historian on the radio this morning complaining about everyone calling it the 'Corkman' as it was originally named after a man from Cork in Ireland so it should be written and pronounced as 2 words - 'Cork Man'.

    Just thought I'd throw that bit of useless trivia in...
