woman nearly gets get baby killed!. Check the begining of vid, she is walking away from a perfectly good set of traffic lights to instead cross over a road with on coming traffic! A poor motorist narrowly misses collecting the pram. Imagine how the motorist would have felt if he hit and killed that baby.

They have different rules on the Northern Beaches. Its all about "me" .

My Son in Law hit a woman who ran in front of him in Narrabeen Shopping centre.

Despite several witnesses who testified that it was her fault, he had to endure the worry of a court case for a couple of years, as the woman changed her story and claimed she didn't run from between parked cars.

He was exonerated but in the meantime suffered emotionally and financially.

I propose euthanasia for certain people in order to put us out of our misery of keeping the idiots breathing.............
In the case of the partner of a young rellie of mine, this would save us providing taxpayer funded benefits such as financial counselling, anger management counselling, drug taking counselling, you name it this tosser gets it or is going to get it.
And as for those advs. that used to be on the box showing a brain dead woman pushing her baby out into the path of an oncoming car!
This was I believe to support some stupid "road safety campaign" dreamed up by some idiot mob of "experts"!
I know we're supposed to be a benevolent caring society, but really, why do we have to continue supporting idiots for their whole lives? We could of course include most of the present generation of pollies of all kinds under that description....

At a previous school, we had a chair and table outside our (science) staff room, where the more recalcitrant kids would spend some time reflecting on their behaviours. We use to talk about taping our radioactive sample from the Physics lab under table. You know, above the laps of kids sitting there.

It was pretty weak, and wouldn't do any damage from a bit of exposure, but we reckoned that our 'regulars' wouldn't then be able to contribute to the next generation as easily.

They do it all day around here, don't even look, straight out pushing a pram, sometimes also with a little child in tow.

I have had more than a couple of near misses, and if i ever hit one,i suppose i will be completely in the wrong.

Now back in my day, wasn't it 'look left, look right, look left again, and step on to crossing ONLY if safe to do so.

Today it seems to be"step out onto crossing without looking and all vehicles will stop"

One day one might not be able to........

I am very familiar with your 3rd para,...it's simply common sense,....if people can't understand that, then maybe they need someone to "protect themselves from themselves".
