I think you are all a bit daffy.
It looks like the well known Cavendish to me, known to travel south for the winter, often seen around fruit markets.
It used to breed around Coffs Harbour but the breeding grounds have moved north over the last three decades and it seems that the majority breed in far north Queensland in the Tully area.
There is a danger that the Cavendish will be become extinct as they are all genetically identical and susceptible to a fungal infection.
