    How's Ya Weather?

    So, it has been 40 -45 all week in Doomadgee & sticky with it.

    I'm pretty sure this happens every year around November but I seem to be finding it more difficult to deal with. I have been blaming Global Warming the past couple of years but SWMBO, our kids & my staff all agree that I'm just getting old, soft & used to sitting in an Air Conditioned office.
    Still think it's Global Warming!

    How did people ever live &/or work here before Air Conditioning?

    I really feel sorry for the 2 Chippies that are extending my house at the moment, easy to tell the Boss, he's the 1 not on the roof.

    Hot yesterday in Adelaide (35) now its ****ing down rain and cold (18). Bloody weather. Nothing unusual for SA.

    About 26 degrees, sun is shining and a nice breeze in Kalgoorlie at the moment.

    But it did get up to 43 a few days ago, and forecast to be on the rise again by about Tuesday.

    21 under the tree at my back door.
    Mind you, it feels mighty warm in the sun mowing the lawn. Just having a cool drink now.

    I hope it ****es rain later. In preparation, I've got the hoses watering the garden and the washing on the line.

    32C and glorious at Avoca beach right now.
    Saw a black thing lying on the footpath and thought maybe a dog had been hit.
    Went down and it was a scrub turkey which had scratched down to bare earth and was sitting in a little hollow in the shade.
    And we think they are stupid.

    Was 35 deg, storm dumped 28.7mm & now 24 deg.


    A quick question to mods.
    Why is it that the "Degree" symbol appears when "Alt 0186" or "Alt 248" is typed in a post but appears as ? when posted?
