The road markings seem clear enough.. The driver is just a cock! Sadly one of us will have to cut him/her out of said vehicle in the not too distant future if they keep that up. I hope the driver with the dash cam handed the footage in!!

I hope they do too. My only question would then be, do you think the police would actually do anything about it?

A few years ago I'd have said yes with confidence... Now.. I very much doubt it. Much easier to sit somewhere with a camera making money! We had 3 speed cameras last Sunday within 5 km of each other! Laughable!

I was in Tasmania a few weeks ago and camped on Bruny Island near The Neck. As I approached the right hand turn to the campsite track about 300m from the turn I indicated and slowed down to make the turn.

I had noticed that a small sedan was following me quite close for the last kilometre or so of windy road and as I started to make the turn just caught a glimpse in the side mirror that the young asian lady driver that was almost alongside me overtaking, I just managed to straighten the wheel and braked and was amazed that I did not T-bone her.

I blew the horn and made a comment or two out the window. She did not stop or raise a hand to apologise. One second later and the 130 bull bar would have caught her and probably rolled her into the tree lined forest road.

I had my go-pro but after a day of filming it was out of battery.

It is better to be late to your destination then it is to not arrive at all.

This driver is an idiot and deserves whatever is to come to them if they keep driving in that manner. The worst bit about it is they will more than likely have a negative affect on some poor person or family. Putting innocent peoples lives at risk is the sad part.

You are all assuming he/she was trying to overtake, when he could of just wanted to turn at that point in the road, instead of turning further up the road and doubling back
