The USA relies heavily on the private market for health care.

Most OECD countries have adopted publicly funded universal health care because they believe it is the most efficient means of delivering high quality health care for the whole population.

the figures show that 10% spent up front saves 30-80% on future costs when talking about preventable disease according to stats i read a while ago.

how true are they, no idea

i would love to hear from those in the professions to see if that sort of stat is anywhere near accurate.

those sorts of stats say to me that we can not afford not to be doing it otherwise the next generation id going to be paying for it.
Try to make sense of this, hard going for me.

We have VERY differing opinions Bob, but I've NEVER not answered a question of yours,...you may not have liked the nswer,..you probably didn't, because you & I invariably have different opinions, which is all Ok by me, because as individuals we are all entitled to that, ......but I've always answered your question.

I will not be drawn into a rolling tit for tat, as is usual with conversations with you. I have an opinion, which would best not be quoted here. Indeed, you answer questions, to your credit, but a word in your ear. Perhaps your cause may be served better by saying less.

Not at all,...why would my cause "be better served by saying less"?
And it's not about going "tit for tat",...it's simply about expressing your opinion,...doesn't matter a stuff (to me anyway!) whether you, or I, or anyone else agrees with what I say, it's about having the guts to stand up & say what you believe in.
Do I expect everyone to agree with what I say,....Lol,....OF COURSE NOT, it's just my opinion,...& I'm always interested in other peoples opinions, especially those who disagree with me, hense my question to you,....what is YOUR opinion,....not just some media link!
    All is good, Pickles.

You are the ultimate troll, but not a subtle one. Goodbye, and good riddance.

"Not subtle"?....Absolutely spot on, i agree with you, Nor would I want to be, nor would i want people to think I would be. "Troll"?..simply your opinion,..to which you are entitled.
Tell me Bob, what is your definition of a "Troll", because that is not the first time that you have used that term, when a question, that you have not liked, has been asked of you?
Like you admitted, I do answer, because right or wrong, I have conviction in my opinions. Whether you, or anyone else agrees, is up to them,...but it doesn't offend or upset me at all, because like me, and you, whilst we may be poles apart, We are all are entitled to our opinions, and it cetainly does not give me reason to call anyone names, consequently I have never done so.
