    Father Christmas Came Early

This arrived at our place yesterday.

I first saw one of these about 12 years ago.

It was love at first sight and I have wanted one ever since.

Now that the we have broken the shackles from the freeloaders,
approval from the finance minister was finally granted.

Having checked out Kyle and Coral's one at Ampitheatre recently, the desire was re-ignited.

    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

2nd hand. It is an 09 model. New ones are now 60K+, way out of our budget.
It is good to go , but will get a lot of personal mods over time.

Nice mate . The TV were on our short list but but I think they were around 48-52k + options when we looked .... Bit out of our pay range. We did the KK new with a fair few options for a bit over 40k and that was a big stretch ... but we consider it a lifetime purchase .. however long that might be

Hope you get years of enjoyment out of it !

    Really, a TVan?
Why would want want something with a queen size bed that stays dry even when packed up with wet canvas?
Next you'll bang on about 1 minutes from pulling up to being in bed for a quick stop.
Then it'll be it takes only 3-5 minutes to set up the tent section.
Suppose it got a slide out kitchen and storage locker too.
What's wrong with a cheap dome tent and an underrated sleeping bag on the cold ground

I know you've been keen on one for a while just as we were.
Congrats on the purchase, you won't regreat it.
If you need a rear insect screen I've got one I can lend you until you decide if a rear canvas screen is right for you or not.
    Cheers, Kyle

Thanks Kyle. It came with the rear insect screen. We will probably get the rear opening like you have, eventually, as they are $600

    Nice!

If a camper ever graces our place it will be a Tvan - we too have looked all over Kyle and Corals and love it.

    Happy travels mate.

We were in W.A. 10 years ago and there was one of these ultimate campers in the van park with one axle on blocks. They had lost a complete wheel, hub and brakes... everything, and no-one could find it in the bush. The owner said it was going to cost him a couple of thousand to replace everything. This was up at Karajini ? national park and the bits including a complete wheel and tyre had to come up from Perth.
