As for trying to pass a another driver's licence , you only need to provide the name and address of the nominated driver in an accident, you don't need to produce a licence to the other driver. If attending police ask for a driver's licence to be produced, then one would have to be shown to the officer.

The switching of the homo sapien identity of whom was driving may be purely and insurance scam, as the alleged homo sapien driver might have a high insurance excess for various reasons and the other homo sapien was trying to pass off as the driver so the insurance excess was lower?
Maybe the alleged homo sapien didn't posses a driver's licence?

but if I just said "Homo" ( Homo is the human genus ) then I would have the wrath of the "happy" and the "female happy equivalent" on my back.

John Cleese, is reputed to have said a lot of things, probably because people think quoting him adds weight to their argument. One of the thing he is reputed to have said is"No one has the right not to be offended.". Weather John Cleese said this or not, I think it is very true.
The moment you say "I'm offended by what you've said. You are not allowed to say that." you are committing a repressive act and denying the subject of your remark the right of self expression.
However, if you deny the right to be un-offended to everyone else, you must also deny it to yourself and submit to all the verbal abuse and criticism that comes your way.

Doesn't matter what the age, gender, religious or sexual persuasion a person is there is a huge amount of total dickheads driving around who were just about competent to pass a driving test (some of them didn't as we know) but who insist on gobbing off on their phone about any stupid thing they feel like, convinced they're fully in control.
Cook and I were out and about 2 days ago and in the lane next to a black Rangie which was wandering around all over it's lane.
When we got alongside prior to turning right at the roundabout (Shents and Marmon for WA types) this turkey has a fag in one hand and his phone in the other!
Doesn't matter how good a car they drive, the idiots are about in large numbers.
I looked back at the camera vision but the camera is stuffed otherwise I'd have taken it to the cops. I've no time for these idiots.
