    RRS Bullbars

    Hi All

I've just joined this forum in the hope that someone can direct me to a supplier of a bullbar for a Range Rover Sport. I ordered a vehicle but had to cancel when I could not source a bullbar.

I can't believe that the world famous Range Rover cannot be fitted with a fundamental piece of equipment.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

If you search - there is plenty on this in the forum.

Bottom line is the D3 bar will fit with some modifications but because modern bars have to be certified for the vehicle they are fitted too, putting the D3 bar on the RRS is not actually legal because none of the makers will certify them for the RRS.

So yes the D3 bar will fit but is not legal - up to you what you do. Get a maker to put a sticker on the D3 bar saying it is certified for RRS use and you are fine.

I imagine the OP is talking about the current model RRS, given that he is talking about cancelling his order for the vehicle.

There is no way that a D3 bar would fit on the current RRS. Completely different vehicle.
    Cheers .........

No idea as I cannot read minds -I guess it would help for the OP to advise what vehicle we are talking about. As previous discussion has centred on L320 RRS I a guess I assumed that was what we were talking about - there is a saying about never assume anything .

Yes there is no way a D3 bar will fit a late model RRS and there are definitely no bars to fit - and given our experiences with the L320 I guess there will never be one.
