    Where are all the FOX Trucks gone?

    A few years ago it seemed every 2nd truck on the Hume freeway belonged to Lindsay Fox - You are passing another Fox. Over the past few months I have hardly noticed any Fox trucks on the hume. The past few trips on the hume I have only seen one or two Fox trucks per trip. Any reason why?
    I see a lot more smaller truck companies on the Hume now.

    At my work the linehaul trucks are owned and driven by Linfox.
    Many of the trucks are branded with the end user's company logo (eg Coles, Woolworths etc).

    I know up here they use a lot of subbies to tow Linfox trailers / freight , not sure about elsewhere.

    Being a truck driver myself I see heaps of them. They are out there, just not so much in your face as they used to be.

    They are also using toy trucks now instead of real ones, so this also makes them less conspicuous.

    Unfortunately I see 50 + toll trucks every day. (thats just in the yard at work, then theres all the ones on the road)

    Retirement cant come soon enough.

    Be glad to get out of the rat race and down the coast.
