WTF is a Walking Floor when it is at home?


Looks like a Tipper to me as the angle of it is on an angle & higher than the cab or where it would normally be.

Des, I'd say the trailer appearing to be on an angle is either due to the truck climbing a small ramp, onto a level pad below the hopper, or perception with the camera being lower than the top of the vehicle.
