no that would be when you snap the easy out which is bad, finding out the easy out has snapped because you drilled through the leftover and into the block with the easyout now pinning the leftover right hand turn bolt in place with a left handed thread up the guts of it

is only made worse when you find out that yep, its also into the cooling jacket.
