Reminds me of some experiences of mine in the 1940s - in Australia.

Nice to watch something like this that doesn't have a needless commentary or poor music choice. Nice noise at the end of it all though...

There are some thing the master is responsible for when the vessel is on the hard, such as ensuring the vessel's watertight integrity before it goes back in, replacing all the bungs and bribing the surveyor, but keeping it upright isn't one of them. That's the dock masers job.
