If you want to meet the whole family and know where Max comes from, there is a really good short film called Max Headroom 20 Minutes In to The Future, it’s a great reflection on the values of the 1980’s and a dark giggle.

If you are time poor, there is an expurgated Docu-Mini called Max Headroom | Who the HELL was he?!

And if you really get bored easily, then skip to the 4:10 minute mark and try to stick it out to at least the 6:30 minute mark.

This movie was made as the back story to Max Headroom as a UK music video show host competing with MTV in the '80s (pre YouTube of course). As Max was hugely popular, a follow-up 2 season/14 episode TV series was then made. Max Headroom also had his own international talk show made in the US and he did a series of Coke adds. Lots of compilations available on YouTube. The humour is very sharp and sarcastic, love it![thumbsupbig]
