I would bet London to a Brick that all weren't. Summat to do with
refrigerants R12 & R22 seemed to breed more girls than boys. In my case that is certainly true & also with some of my olde colleagues... FACT.

They used to say that here as well,but in my case it was boys.
Must have been the R502 and R500 that did the opposite?[bigrolf]

Anyway,back on topic,came across this last week.Interesting pic.
Old schoo AC unit,had some young bloke look at it three times,couldn't sort it.[biggrin]

One of the boys said he came over to see them a week ago,we were working on a freezer room on the same site,and asked why it had two pressure switches?[biggrin]
They were good enough to explain it all,but they are sure it didn't sink in.He is 7 years out of his time.
Pretty typical these days,not many around who actually know what they are doing.Unfortunately.
