Although we did get a new one a couple of years back and he is very good.

Actually he is worth twice the money the old one used to rob/charge us.

But he charges us about the same, probably cos he can see in the figures what the old one used to charge

Good tenant (always paid rent in advance), any problems owner always got them sorted, no point painting when the tenant (80 year old retired gentleman) smoked like a chimney
He has just gone into a place where he can be cared for better than in a house by himself
After talking to the neighbour, I don’t know how he’s going to get on in a retirement village, as he had a “personal career” two or three times a week looking after his “needs” (usually a 18-20 year old junkie looking sheila (her words))
House is now getting a full reno ready for the next culprit er ah I mean tenant

Any ways it’s all work for me, new lights, switches and power points throughout, add in a few fans, spotlights and extras it should be a good job for the apprentice to check out the roof space🤣🤣
