Trust you to bring Smut into a perfectly bona fide thread.

Not with a 2" spring lift, 2" body lift, roof racks and 35's 2door RRC. I had one for parts / amusement and it had roaming limitations.

When my brothers boy was working in Ireland as a electrician he was telling me when he got sent to a job all directions on how to get places were given as , drive until you reach this pub turn right travel 3k's after the next pub & turn left , ect until you reach the job. He had a small street directory he had bought & nobody had ever seen one.

I liked the one where you follow this road until you reach the North Pole where you turn right. This being the name of the pub on the corner

The old classic is: "How do I get to Dublin from here?"

The answer: " If me myself be needing to go to Dublin, I not be starten from here!"

This used to be quite normal when working out in the donga in SA.
Locals knew how to get to their place but it could be awkward at times for others.

They knew all the local names & could drive it blindfolded, unlike a first time traveler in their part of the world. Colour of tanks & windmills including 32 volt fans & names on the windmills were very important. Not only would they describe the route but they repeated it 3 or 4 times & each time it was a bit different so created a bit of chaos at times.

When you were really lost & asked directions, some of the names had changed with ownership so back to square one. Having the property name at the gate wasn't always reliable if they had let undergrowth grow in front of it.

    Ah Happy Days.

Wow! 67 horsepower and wind up windows!! These modern cars are going to make drivers soft.
