In some movie somewhere I saw cut down IBCs being used as rooftop veggie gardens. I bought an OKA so I wouldn't need to tow anything, but the more I look the more I see the need for a trailer.... One IBC for diesel, and the other for washing, ablutions, exploring waterways and food production... Maybe two won't be enough.

If MMA= what it does today, there'd be dents,,, I mean bumps all over the skin of that DC3.

You must be .... OLD.... like moi. Took my First Airplane Ride. in a DC3, cost 10 pounds for Mum & I... Spent most of the flight fixated
by an ominous (?) oil leak slowwwwly tracking along RH engine cowling....

I remember them too! But I don't think I have ever travelled with them.

However, very familiar with the DC-3, in NT, Qld and PNG. In particular I remember when I was working in Roma in probably 1964, and the airline, TAA, replaced the DC-3s on the route with Twotters, devastating their airfreight capacity. Made it a lot harder to get urgent spares up from Brisbane.
