    If you are between 40 and 74yo give some thought to joining this study.......there has gotta be a cure out there for the big C

    I don't understand why people who have been diagnosed with cancer are not eligible.

    I would have thought that determining what caused cancer could involve people with and without and looking for differences in their lifestyle.

    Studies get designed and eventually approved within criteria - unfortunately the documentation doesn't cover this point. While my wife is eligible I am not. She is keenly tapping away on the other computer .

    In the age range, but have had a history of cancer and like another poster here I don't understand why if I have had cancer I don't qualify for the study.

    It's likely that anyone that has been diagnosed has also provided tissue samples for analysis during the diagnosis and during treatment.

    I never knew until recently how rampant cancer is. Devastating stuff.
